I would like to change my Default Page from the Login view to a List view. Where do I go to do that?

Only Global Admins can make this change. From the Home page of the Administration Dashboard > Click the "Administration" section. > then Click the "Site Settings" icon.

Under the General Settings header there is a drop-down called "Default Page before Login". Select the option. "Applications Lists Page"
