Restricting online review of scholarship applications to read only (no print) and opening (not saving) attachments

It would be preferred to limit the application access for reviewers so that they may only read/review applications and are not able to print or save the files.  Much of this information is protected and even though we have trust in our reviewers, it is too easy for this information to be printed, saved/stored, or otherwise not handled properly. Therefore, I would request that an overall enhancement be made (or the global admin be able to restrict) the reviewers to only be able to read the application and open the attachments. It would actually be nice if the reviewers saw the reviewer PDF in the scorecard window rather than the "data" and files.
