Cloning Automated Scoring
Automated Scoring Rubric can be cloned from one fund to another within the same application. To learn how to clone, please follow the steps below.

Step 1: Once you are on the Manage Automated Scoring screen, you will see a 'Clone Automated Scoring' button, click on the 'Clone Automated Scoring' button.

Step 2: You will now be presented with a pop-up box that allows you to select the Source Scholarship Fund and the Target Scholarship Fund.
- Source Scholarship: Choose the scholarship fund name where the automated scoring is present in the application.

Target Scholarship: Choose the scholarship fund where you want to copy the automated scoring criteria.

Step 3: Click on “Clone” button once the Source and Target Scholarship is selected.
Note: If there are any existing automated scoring criteria on the selected target scholarship fund, they will be overwritten.

Step 4: The system will confirm that the Automated Scoring has been cloned.

Step 5: You can now see that the automated scoring has been cloned successfully.
