To prevent potential data loss when working on applications, a restriction has been implemented that prevents users from opening the same screen in multiple tabs or accessing the site in multiple browsers simultaneously.
This enhancement ensures data integrity by avoiding conflicts or overwrites caused by simultaneous edits across different screens.
1. Using the site in two different browsers
When you log in to the site using your applicant credentials
You will be redirected to the "My Applications" tab screen.
If the same site is accessed from a different browser, a message appears stating that an active session already exists.
If you select "Yes"
You will be directed to the "My Applications" tab.
Your session in the other browser will expire, and you will be redirected to the login screen.
If you select "No"
You will remain on the login screen, and the session in the other browser will remain active.
2. Using the site in two different tabs
When you log in to the site using your applicant credentials
If you use the same site in two tabs, it will prompt you to end the session in one tab. If you select "Yes," the session in the other tab will be terminated, allowing you to proceed. If you select "No," you will remain on the login screen.
