Applications with dates are applications you can only fill out between those date parameters.
If the application does not have dates listed, it could be an application that is open with no deadline for submission, or just information only on a specific award.
Look for the apply button to determine whether it is an application you can apply to or just a listing for information on that posting, fund or application that could be opening later.
