Yes you can pull that report by following these steps.
Step 1: While in the Manage Applicants screen click on PDF(s) | Excel dropdown and click on Update Applicant Data (Excel), button
Step 2: Under the Update Applicant Data (Excel) screen click on the Excel icon to download the applicant data and this will be pre-formatted Excel document that contains all the current applicant data showing all the applicants that have applied already and fields that have been created in your online application. (This downloaded document can also be used to upload information to your external database)
