"This is used for clients using single sign that have applicants from their organization log in
through their portal.
If they select “no” to this item then only applicants that are logging in directly from their portal will be able to access this funding source anyone that tries to log in outside the portal will not have access to this funding.
If they select “yes” then all applicant, no matter how they log in to access the site will be able to apply for this funding source".
