The applicant(s) are unable to view the post-acceptance section on their dashboard.
How to add a hyperlink to the text?

Applicant(s) need to update the answer, but the system is showing a red circle over the question and not letting the user update the answer. 
System is not allowing the user or the applicant to save the Section
