Review Committee Results allows you to view the average scoring total results per applicant.
Very Important: When viewing scores in the Review Committee Results it is important to remember that the scores you are viewing are the combined average for all tasks that are currently turned on, (the Display on Review Reports is checked in the Manage Applications > Reviewer Task Setup.)
For example, if you have two separate tasks that are currently marked to display on the review reports when you view the Review Committee Results report, you will see the average total for both of those tasks and that total will be the combined total of all the reviewers that reviewed in both tasks. Therefore, if you only want to see the scores on one task, set that task to Display on Review Reports, but on all the other tasks you will need to uncheck the Display on Review Reports setting.
Available Actions for the Review Committee Results Listing
Search: Click the Search button to quickly locate a specific applicant record. Please see the Using the Search Button article for more details.
Filter: Click the Filter button to narrow the number of records displayed in the Review Committee Results listing. Please see the Filter By and/or Change Applicant Status and/or Status Detail article for more details.
Number of Applicants: The total number of applicants for the selected application display on the left above of the report.
Admin PDF: Click to create a PDF report for administrators to view the applicant's application along with all attached documents. All sections of the application for which an admin has permission to view will be included in the PDF.
Reviewer PDF: Click to create a PDF report for reviewers to view the applicant's application along with all attached documents. All sections of the application for which a reviewer has permission to view will be included in the PDF.
Notify: This allows you to send a notification email to a specific applicant. Click the box next to an applicant's name and then click the Notify button. Please see the Using the Notify Button article for more details.
Export to Excel: Click to download a file containing the list of applicants for the selected application. Please see the Export Reports to Excel article for more details.
Eye Icon: Click the Preview (eye) icon to view the selected application.
Up/Down Arrows: Click to toggle between ascending and descending order of the listing.
Column Descriptions for the Review Committee Results Listing
Select box: Click the box in the first column to select an applicant record. This box enables you to select specific applicants to include in the Admin PDF, Reviewer PDF, to Notify via email, or to include in a report you can export to Excel. Click the box in the header row to select or deselect all committees.
View Application: Click the Preview (eye) icon to open the application summary document for the selected applicant. All documents that have been uploaded to the application are available to view by clicking on the blue pdf link shown in the application summary.
Organization Name: The organization responsible for the funding source to which the applicant has applied.
Program Name: The program name defined by the applicant for the application form.
Applicant: Click on the applicant name link in blue to open the applicant's application dashboard.
External ID: If external site integration is implemented, the email address associated with the applicant's external login account will display.
SSO ID: If external site integration is implemented, the Single Sign-on ID associated with the applicant's external login account will display.
Completed: The percentage completed by all reviewers across all tasks that are active and have the Display on Review Reports setting checked.
Avg Score: Displays the applicant's final average scorecard for the applicant for all scored tasks. This is an average of the total scores across all tasks and divided by the total number of all reviewers assigned to all the tasks. Click on the score ink in blue to open a listing of all reviewer score records used to calculate the average score.
Status: The current status of the applicant in the application process.
Status Details: The user-defined status/stage of the applicant in your review process.
Reviewer Comments: The questions in your tasks that were marked as Scoring Comment when created.
Use the navigation tools at the bottom of the listing to move through the pages and change the number of records displayed per page.
