Enable Dual Role(s)
Administration > Manage Site Settings > General Settings
If you have applicants that are on review committees and you do not want to create a separate login for a “Reviewer” role type, enable this option. This allows you to also choose the “Applicant” role type accounts when assigning members to your committees. Applicants who are also reviewers will only have one login account. Once the applicant logs in they will see a separate tab for the assigned application to be reviewed.
General Settings option:
Yes – Activates this feature. When assigning members to the committee you will be able to select from reviewer and admin staff user accounts in the available to assign column user profiles for all your applicants.
No – Disables this feature and you can then only assign reviewers and admin staff to committees. Applicants will not display in the Available to Assign listing.
