Site Theme Setup
Administration > Manage Site Settings > General Settings
Set the color scheme for the Applicant's Application Dashboard. Set different colors for banners, icons, text, and buttons. There is no limit to the number of colors available to select. Click the Click Here link to open the Theme Settings.
The following setup screen will display an example of how the items will look when you change the scheme.
In the bottom section, there are three color scheme settings: theme, text, and button. You can click to open the color chart. Or you can enter a color using a specific color code by entering the Hexa value.
As you change each item the example at the top will display the selection so that you can preview the changes before saving them. Once the colors are correct click Save or Save and Exit to save the changes.
The Reset Theme option allows you to reset the scheme back to the original CommunityForce default settings.
Click Cancel to abandon any changes.
A footer statement is added to the bottom of the welcome/login screen before the applicant logging in to the site, (i.e., best viewed in 480x70. (6.1). The (6.1) refers to the current version of the software.)
Admin Help URL
CommunityForce populates this field with the URL to redirect to our Client Support Portal. Click the Help link in the Admin footer on the right to open the portal.
Applicant Help URL
CommunityForce will provide a default URL directed to an Applicant help page. If you currently publish a Help Guide for your applicants and prefer to use that instead, you can insert the link here and when your applicants click on the link in their dashboard it will direct them to the page on your website.
