Enable Search Screen Items
Administration > Manage Site Settings > General Settings
The applicant search screen provides three search filters applicants can use to locate a funding source: Keyword, Funding Eligibility, and Sponsoring Organization.
Each section can be enabled or disabled depending on your organization's needs.
Enable Search by Keyword: This setting allows applicants to search for funding sources that contain a specific keyword.
Yes – Activates the section so that an applicant can enter a keyword to find an available funding source.
No – Disables this section so it does not display on the search options page.
Enable Search by Eligibility Criteria: This setting allows applicants to search for funding sources based on pre-determined groups of eligibility criteria that have been pre-set in Administration > Manage Site Settings.
Yes – Activates the section so that an applicant can search specific eligibility criteria to locate a funding source.
No – Disables this section so it does not display on the search options page.
Enable Search by Manage Sponsoring Organization: This setting allows applicants to search for funding sources provided by a specific organization or department. This is helpful for applicants when your organization maintains funding sources for multiple organizations/departments.
Yes – Activates the section so that an applicant can search on a pre-determined listing of organizations to locate specific funding sources offered by that organization/department.
No – Disables this section so it does not display on the search options page.
