Please ensure that the user data does not contains any bad html code, inform user to past the content first to the notepad and then from notepad to the system (Doing this will remove the bad html code). If still data disappearing then please submit a ticket to our support team and they will try to update you at the earliest.
Applicant's data got deleted from the essay questions, they had completed it but now it's not showing.
