Basically, the server's PDF utility runs continuously to convert various applicants' various documents. As such, occasionally, the load at the server is huge, and the utility works on a first-come, first-serve. Due to which some of the document conversions may get delayed. It would take a couple of hours to get the conversion completed from the time of upload in such cases.
Applicant uploaded documents are not appearing in PDF.
