You can either notify from the Notification Center or can also notify from the Award Applicants Details screen under the Manage Awards - Multiple Funds.
To send bulk emails from the Notification Center screen, please refer to the guide by clicking here.
To Notify from the Award Applicants Details screen, please follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on the scholarship name from the Manage Awards - Multiple Funds screen.
Step 2: Filter and Select the applicants based upon the status "Selected for Award.", click on Notify.
Step 3: Fill in all the required (*) fields, Schedule the email, or can also send it.
Notes while creating/composing the email template:
1. The merge fields which are in red can only be used while composing the email.
2. Copy the merge fields as exactly as it is shown "{FirstName}".
3. Paste the merge fields under the plain text by right-clicking under the email body box.
