Administration > Manage External Single Sign-On Authentication Settings
Clients using External System Authentication with third-party sites (i.e., SAML, LDAP) can use this setting to configure Single Sign-on (SSO) Authentication. It allows end-users to log in to Community Force from your organization’s portal page, without having to create new credentials or re-login to the Community Force system.
If you wish to integrate with an external system, please contact Community Force for assistance.
Note: If you are not using an External System Authentication to have your applicants log in to the Community Force site, then you will not need to set up this functionality. It will automatically default to off.
