Is there a list or report that I can run to see who the recommenders that were recommended to complete a request section on an application?

Yes, you can find this information by clicking "Batch Awards (All Funds)" from the home dashboard.

Now click Recommender Report. This report shows all recommender requests on all applications. To pull this report into excel click the "Export to Excel" button in the right hand corner.
