If the recommender hasn't submitted the request section, the applicant can click on the request section name and then click "ok" to resubmit, update the recommender's email id, and then request the email.
And, if the requested section is completed by the recommender, then the admin needs to release the request section to the applicant to update the recommender’s name and email address and email the request.
