As per the functionality, the Global Adhoc Report will fetch/display the fields related to the Master template and not from the individual applications. Please make sure that the relevant section(s)/question(s), present in the master application as well along with the similar question XML(s) and question type(s).
If all the section(s) and question(s) are similar in both the master template and the other applications then please click on “Update Reporting Database” or “Re-Create Reporting Database” or else Re-Save the report.
