For these feature to work, XML names must match in all of your applications you are selecting for institutional reports. If a section is not appearing in the adhoc builder this is because this section is not in all applications selected for the institutional report.
I am in the institutional reports and the applications I want to combine the sections are not showing in the adhoc builder.
