The Review Applicants Dashboard is where you can view all the applications and the Evaluation tasks you have been assigned for that specific application process.
Take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the features in this section:
Grant (funding source) Name - This is the name of the application form you are assigned to review.
Task Name – This is the name of the task that is being performed, this may be titled as a specific review committee name, a review step in the process, or the name of the actual funding source you may be asked to review.
Number of Applicants - The number of applicants that have been assigned to you for review for the assigned task.
Filter By Grants (Funding Source): Allows you to filter and view only a specific Grant source’s tasks. Select the Grant name to only view that item. All is the default and will show you all the funding sources you are currently assigned to review.
- Step 1: To view the applicants you have been assigned in a specific task, click on the Fund (Grant) name that is listed in the same row as the task you have been assigned.
- Step 2: This will display the listing of all the Applicants for the specific task assignment.
This listing shows all the applicants assigned to you for that Task along with the current Percentage Completed status, the Score you have given them, and the Scoring Comments you made for the applicant if applicable.
Task Name: Name of the Task you are currently reviewing
Total Applicant(s) Assigned: will display the number of applicants you have been assigned to review
Reviews Completed: Displays the number of reviews that are 100% completed.
Reviews Pending: Displays the number of reviews that you have not yet completed.
Reviews Submitted: Displays the number of reviews that you have completed and marked as submitted.
Organization Name: The name of the organization you have been assigned to review.
App-ID: (Optional) If the review process is a private (blind) review process you will not see the Organization’s name, but instead a unique identifying number for that organization.
External ID: (Optional) If using integration, and the agency you are reviewing for has activated the Eternal ID, this is the External ID identifier that identifies this applicant on their local database system.
Program Name: (If Applicable) Displays the name of the program the applicant is applying for funding on.
Applicant: Name of the individual applying for the funding for the specific organization.
Assigned Date: The date the applicant was assigned to you for review.
Is Submitted: (If Applicable) Allows you to see who you have completed reviewing and marked as submitted to finalize you review of that applicant. Once a review is submitted your replies cannot be changed.
Yes: Means you have finalized the review on this applicant and your review has been submitted.
No: Means you have not yet submitted this applicant. You may be 100% completed but failed to select the submit button on the review.
Percentage Completed: Displays the percentage of completion for the applicant you are reviewing. Each applicant that you have completed will show 100% percent complete. If the percentage does not show as 100% then there is a question that has not been completed in the tasks.
Score: The total score you have given this applicant.
Scoring Comment: (If Applicable) the reply to the question that has been identified by the administrator as the Scoring Comment question. If no question has been identified, then this column will be blank.
Filter By: If you wish to filter the listing of applicants, you can select the dropdown arrow in
the Filter by. This will you to filter the listing to see only the applicants in the category you select:
All: Display all the applicants that have been assigned to you for review.
Review Completed: Displays only the applicants that you have completed your review on.
Review Pending: Displays only the applicants that are still pending your review
Review Submitted: (If applicable). Displays only the applicants you have completed your review on and submitted that review as your finalized review for the applicant.
Review Not Submitted: (If applicable) Displays only the applicants you have not yet submitted as your final review.
You can click on the Export to Excel to open this report in an Excel document and save it to your local desktop.
