If you wish to have an Excel Report of the Applicants you have scored on for a specific task, you can do so while in the Review Applicants page for that specific task.
- Step 1: From the Review Applicants page, select the Export to Excel located at the top of the report listing.
Note: if you are selecting the Export to Excel while you have used the Filter By you will only get a report of the applicants currently filtered. If you want a report of all applicants in this task, make sure the Filter By field is set to All prior to selected the Export to Excel button.
- Step 2: This will download the Excel document to your local computer that you can click on to open using your Excel on your computer.
- Step 3: Once you open the Excel document in Excel, it will give you an Excel report showing all the replies to all the questions that you completed in the Task/Score sheet. Be sure to save the Excel document to your local computer, so that you have a permanent copy of the spreadsheet.
