- Step 1: When you first access the site, and if you are not directed to the Login Welcome Page you will need to click the Login at the top right corner of your page.
- Step 2: Log in as a reviewer.
- Step 3: On the dashboard, you will see the application name(s) for which you are assigned to review the application. Click on the Application Name.
- Step 4: On the next screen, you will see the scholarship names where you can mark the conflict(s) with the funds. To confirm that you have a conflict reviewing prospective applicants for the fund, you can click on the “Mark as Conflict” beside the fund name.
- Step 5: Upon clicking on Mark as Conflict you will be presented a pop-up screen.
- Step 6: Please add the reason for the conflict with this fund.
- Step 7: Upload the signature or sign in using the Signature pad.
- Step 8: Click on Save.
- Step 9: On “Save,” you will be presented with a pop-up message saying “Conflict Saved Successfully” Click on “Ok” Additionally, you won’t be able to view the fund that you have marked as a conflict.
