- Step 1: Log in as an Admin.
- Step 2: From the Home screen, click on the Application Form Name for which you would like to view the reviewer’s conflict with the applicant.
- Step 3: From the Evaluations tab click on the “Review Committee Results”.
- Step 4: You will see the “View Reviewer Conflicts” button on the reviewer committee results screen. To view the reviewer conflicts with applicants, click on “View Reviewer Conflicts.”
- Step 5: On the “View Reviewer Conflicts” screen, you can view the reviewer conflicts with applicants/funds. You also have an option to export the reviewer conflicts into a spreadsheet.
- Step 6: You can remove the conflicted assignments to avoid any discrepancies in reports.
- Step 7: Once the Assignment is deleted a pop-up message will be presented which will confirm the deleted assignments.
- Step 8: Once we click on “Yes”, we will get a toaster message.
- Step 9: The deleted conflicted assignments will be shown on the screen below.
Note: Once the reviewer marks the applicant’s application as a conflict and once you have deleted the conflicted assignment(s), you will no longer be able to make the same assignment from the Assignments to Committee screen in the Evaluations tab.
