To enhance the performance of the Application Invitation Screen, the default listing of applicants in the "Unassigned" list has been removed.
These changes reduce unnecessary loading times, ensuring faster and smoother performance for users managing large applicant databases.
- Step 1: Log in to the system
- Step 2: After logging into the system, from the Home Page, select the Application Form Name Home > (Select - Application Name)
- Step 3: You will now be at the Manage Applications Dashboard for the application you selected.
- Step 4: Click on the Notification Center on the Manage Applications Dashboard. You will now see the email templates for the one specific application that you chose. You will not be able to access the global templates, as those can only be accessed from the home dashboard's Notification Center.
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Notifications
- Step 5: When you click on the Notification module, the Application Invitation feature will be available in the left panel.
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Notifications > Application Invitation - Step 6: Clicking on the Application Invitation feature will navigate you to a list of assigned and unassigned applicants.
- Applicants are now displayed only after the user clicks the Search option.
- To list all applicants, users can simply click the Search option without entering any text in the search field or selecting any filters.
