Export Reports to Excel
All CommunityForce reports provide the option to export the data displayed to an Excel file. Most reports include a button labeled Export to Excel but some contain the export option in a button labeled More Options.
Export to Excel
In the example shown below, the Application Listing report includes the Export to Excel button in the top right corner of the screen. Use this to export all applications for your organization or a select group of applications.
To export all applications in your system, click the Export to Excel button and select a location on your device to store the downloaded report and click Save.

More Options - Export to Excel

Export a Specific Set of Selected Records
Use the select box in the first column of a report to choose individual records to be included in a file exported to Excel. Click the Export to Excel option and the downloaded file will contain only the selected records.
