Home Page Overview
The Home page is the main page you come to when you first access your site.
On this page, you will see a listing of all application forms you have created on the site and where you can create new and manage existing application forms. By clicking on the application form name, you can also access the other modules that allow you to view the applicants that have applied, monitor the review process, and award your applicants.
This listing will include the name of the Application Form, the Funding Source to which the application is linked, the Sponsoring Organization responsible for funding, the Start Date on which the application begins, the Deadline Date (if applicable) on which the application will no longer be available, the Published status, and the Total Applications (the number of applicants that have applied.)
Preview an Application Form: Select this icon located on the far right of an application form to preview the layout of an application form and print a blank copy for your records.
Delete an Application Form: Select the Delete icon located on the far right of the application form to delete the entire application process for that application form. Important: Deleting an application form, will delete all applicant's applications that are included in that form.
Funding Search: This allows you to view the available Funding Search listing that is available to applicants prior to applying to an application form without having to log out and/or log in as an applicant to view.
Create New Application: This allows you to create a new application form. (See the Create New Application article for more details.)
Clone Existing Application: This allows you to clone an existing application form. (See the Clone Existing Application article for more details.)
Archive: This allows you to mark an application as archived by selecting the box next to the application and clicking the Archive button. Archiving removes the application from the active listing so that the listing is not extremely long. (See the Archive Existing Application article for more details.)
Export to Excel: This allows you to export the listing to an Excel format. (Please see the Export Reports to Excel article for more details.)
Active/Archive: Sets the listing to display only the active applications or only archived applications; the default for this setting is Active. The total of applications in that view will be located at the top of the listing on the left. (See the Archive Existing Application article for more details.)
View the status of the Applicants
To view the status of the applicants that have applied, click the Application Name or the Total Applications. (Please see Manage Applicants Functions article for more details.)
