Viewing Matched Awards in the Applicant Specific Orientation
Matching Awards in the Applicant Specific Orientation allows you to view all the awards the applicant has been matched to.
From the Home dashboard > Select Application Form Name > Manage Applications > Select Manage Awards – Multiple Funds > Click on any Funding Name > Click on the View Matching Award Details
- Step 1: While on the Manage Applicant Awards screen, select the View Matching Awards Details next to the Award Applicant you wish to view the awards for.
- Step 3: This will open the Matching Awards detail for that applicant, listing all the awards the applicant has been matched with, based on the criteria that were set in the Setup Application Forms> Manage Funds Criteria Information.
Search By: If there are several funding names the applicant has been matched to you can use the Search by feature to search for that fund using the Funding Name and or the General Ledger Account.
- Allows you to export the complete report to Excel, and open it on your local computer.
The following fields will display in this report:
Award Applicant: If you wish to award the applicant from this screen you can do so by clicking on the Award Applicant. This will then take you to the Award Details screen where you can complete the award process.
Funding Name: Displays the name of the funding source that the applicant has been matched to.
Total Amount Allocated – The amount available to an award from that funding source is the amount that was entered in the Setup Funding – Annual Budget field for the current academic year.
Total Amount Awarded – The total that has been awarded so far from this funding source.
Amount Un-Allocated – The total amount that is still available to award for that funding source.
Total No. of Applicants Awarded– Total Number of Applicants been awarded to the funding sources.
No. Of Applicants Awarded in this Application- It shows the number of applicants Awarded to this application to the funding sources.
No. of Matching Applicants- It shows the number of matching applicants to the funding sources.
