Clone a Reviewer Task
Home > (Select - Application Name)> Evaluations > Reviewer Task Setup > Clone a Task button
Cloning a task will clone all the questions from the prior task and allow you to keep the XML name for the questions in each task the same. This is useful when you have multiple applications or funding sources that use the same scoring rubric but need separate review tasks for each funding source or application. This is also helpful when reviewers are evaluating in the same application form, for different funding sources, that have the same scoring rubric. When the reviewer evaluates an applicant, they have in another task, they then have the option to have the same applicant's scores pushed down from task to task without having to rescore that applicant again on the same questions.
Click the Clone a Task button to add a new task by copying an existing task.
Select the application that contains the task you want to clone, and then select the task from the application.
Once you select a task, the Task Name, Display on Review Reports, and Display to Reviewer fields will automatically populate with the values from the cloned task. Make changes, if needed, then click Save or Save & Exit.
