Change Applicant Status and/or Status Details
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Manage Applications > Manage Applicants > Filter button
The Filter button is available on several screens throughout the system. Click Filter to update one or more applicants' status or status detail.
The example used in this article shows the Filter feature on the Manage Applicants report. At the end of this article please find a list of all screens which include the Filter (Change Applicant Status and/or Status Details) button.
Filter - Change Status: Use the select box in the first column of the listing to select applicants for whom you need to change the status. Once you have selected all applicable applicants, click the Change Status dropdown and select the new status for the selected applicants. Click the Change Status button and you will be prompted to enter a comment about the change. Click the Show to Applicant box if you want the comment to be visible to applicants on their application dashboard. Click Save.
Filter - Change Status Detail: Use the select box in the first column of the listing to select applicants for whom you need to change the status detail. Once you have selected all applicable applicants, click the Change Status Detail dropdown and select the new status detail for the selected applicants. Click the Change Status Details button and you will be prompted to enter a comment about the change. Click the Show to Applicant box if you want the comment to be visible to applicants on their application dashboard (see screenshot above). Click Save.
