How to Search for Applicants in a Report
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Manage Applications > Manage Applicants > Search button
To quickly locate an applicant in the Applicant Status Report click the Search button to display the search field options.
The search feature uses the contains function to search through applicant records for fields containing the characters you have entered. For example, if you enter He in the Last Name field and click the blue Search button, the results will include all applicants with a last name containing the letter combination he which could include Heintz and Shepard.
Use one or more fields to refine your search results.
To clear search results and return to the list of all applicants, click the Search button (next to Filter) to display the search fields and then, with all fields blank, click the blue Search button.
