Export the Setup User Report to Excel
Administration > Setup Users Accounts
To export the Setup Users Report to Excel:
Click the More Options button to display a menu on the right above the report, and click Export to Excel. Select a location on your local device to save the downloaded report.
Note: If you need the Excel file to contain all users make sure you have not filtered the current view and you are viewing all users.
To limit the file to only include specific users, click the Select box next to an individual or multiple user accounts and then click Export to Excel.
The Excel file will include all the same columns as are present in the online view.
The following data is included in the Export:
External ID – (If activated on your site)
First Name
Last Name
Email ID
Phone
Department
Role Type
Type
Status
