Overview of the Assignments Feature
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Manage Applications > Assignments to Committees
Use the Assignments to Committees feature to assign the selected task(s) to be completed by your review committee(s) or group(s) and then also select the applicant’s that they will be reviewing for that task(s).
Tasks can be assigned on a committee/group level or assigned to a committee or group based on the specific funds they are reviewing.
Use the options in the Display Applicants section to control the applicants displayed in the left box (labeled Eligible Applicants above).
Refine the list of eligible applicants by selecting an option in the Show Applicants By the window.
The members listed in the right box (labeled Committee Members above) are controlled by the committee(s) selected in the Show Committee Members By the window.
To manually assign applicants to committee members before entering the assignments in the system, click the Applicant Assignment Worksheet link. Please see the View the Applicant Assignment Worksheet article for more details.
Use the checkboxes to the left of each applicant’s name and committee member’s name to make assignments manually.
Use the Random Selection feature to enable the system to make assignments for you.
