Select Questions to be Reviewed by Fund Committee Only

When reviewers are evaluating applicants, they have the ability to print two different PDF documents: a PDF of the Scorecard and a PDF of the Applicant’s application form.
However, the reviewers' Scorecard PDF will only include the questions created in the scorecard task assigned to the reviewers and the replies/scores the reviewers made to the specific questions on their task/scorecard.
The Show on Reviewer Scorecard PDF option on the Question setup page controls whether the question will display for reviewers when reviewing an applicant.
To select questions to be reviewed by fund committee members:
Click the blue Section Name link to open the section containing the questions you need to select.
Click the blue Question name link to open the question details.
Locate the Show on Reviewer Scorecard PDF option and click Yes (value will turn green). Click Save or Save & Exit to record the change to the question.
In the example below, the questions displayed for the General Information section have all been set to Yes for the Show on Reviewer Scorecard PDF option.
