Question Type - Tuition Due Date
Home > (Select - Application Name) > Application Settings > Sections and Questions > (Select - Section Name) > Select - Add Question
The Tuition Due Date question type allows you to create a question that will capture the date from the applicant and enable you to view that date on the Manage Applicants screen and Reviewer’s Assignments Screen. This can be helpful when you have allowed users to share their tuition due date and you need to see which user’s due date is approaching to move the application accordingly. This feature is configurable.
| Important Note: You can only have one Tuition Due Date question per application. It is called tuition due date but can be customized to be called “Due date”. |
To add question type Tuition Due Date
- Step1: Click on Add Question button
- Step2: Select Tuition Due Date from the question type. This will create a date field for the user/applicant to enter the date.
Applicant view
The Tuition Due Date Question Type will display to applicants as shown below.
Manage Applicant View
The value that the applicant enters in this field will display in the Tuition Due Date column in the Manage Applicants Screen.
Reviewer's Assignments View
The value that the applicant enters in this field will display in the Tuition Due Date column in the Reviewer’s Assignments Screen.
