Question Type - Program Name

The Program Name question Type allows you to create a question that will capture a program name and enable you to view that program name when displaying the Applicant Status report and other report areas on the site. This can be helpful when you have allowed applicants to apply multiple times using the same application form process to apply for different programs within your organization, and you need to see which application program is linked to which application form. The applicant will also see this information so that they can determine which application form is for which program.
You can only have one Program Name question per application.
To create a question as to the Program Name, create a text question to capture the name of the program to which the applicant is applying. Select the question Type of Program Name and this will create a text box field for the applicant to enter the name of the program.
The Program Name question Type will display to applicants as shown below:
The value that the applicant enters in this field will display in the Program Name column in the reporting areas. The applicant will also see this column when viewing the My Applications tab so they can determine which application pertains to a specific program.
The Program Name will also display in various reports including the Applicant Status report, shown below.
