View Email Status
Administration > Global Notification Center > Notify Status tab
Click the Notify Status tab in the Notification Center to view the status of emails sent for a specific application.
Notify Status Column Descriptions
Applicant Email Ids: The email addresses of each recipient will display in this column.
Template Name: If a predefined template was used to create the email, the name of the template will display in this column. If the field is blank this means the email was defined without the use of a template.
Subject: The email subject line will display in this column.
Email Date: The date the email was sent.
Email Time: The time of day the email was sent. Remember, this time is in the Eastern time zone.
Email Status: Current status of the email: Email Not Sent or Email Sent.
Click the View button to display the details of the email sent.
